Aside from performing, Ntrinsik continuously reaches out to local schools and the community through instruction and mentorship, in hopes of inspiring the future generation of artists. Over the past few years the company has hosted free master classes and workshops for students in many NYC public schools, and for various church dance groups. Ntrinsik also currently provides open level community based dance classes for children and adults throughout the year. The company’s Pre Professional Program, "IFE The Movement” and the company’s Residency Program, "The Movement From Within" were both birthed out of the outreach initiatives of the company, and the network of young, talented children/teens we were fortunate enough to connect with. Dance outreach is a very fulfilling experience for the company simply because we are able to give back to our former schools, other schools in the local NYC area, our churches, and various organizations within our community.
